I've spent twenty years helping enterprise teams — in federal government, finance, and beyond — change how they work: adopting Agile, scaling delivery, and coaching people through the parts of change that are more human than technical.

Since 2025 I've been applying that same discipline to AI: fine-tuning open-source language models, building AI-driven applications, and writing the TERRAIN AI Framework — a free guide for CIOs navigating AI transformation with the same iterative rigor Agile taught us for software.
